Med sends out quarterly statements for outstanding balances that
are not paid by the insurance carrier.
If a patient requires documentation, such
as a C4 or a HCFA form, from our billing department, please call
at least one day in advance of coming to pick it up. Our
physicians may need to sign the papers and we would like to be
able to have everything in order for you when you arrive. |
